A–Z of Cocktails
Originally inspired by an A–Z cocktail challenge I took on Instagram, I set myself the task of making every drink gin-based. It wasn't always possible, so you'll spot the odd appearance of other spirits along the way!
I've also steered away from some of the more obvious classics, choosing instead to challenge myself with new cocktails and flavours. A handful of the recipes have been adapted from the originals too, with the occasional ingredient swapped for whatever I had to hand.
So, if you're a cocktail purist... go easy on me.

ARMY & NAVY
50ml Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
12ml Orgeat
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice and enjoy!
BIJOU
A three ingredient cocktail which uses equal parts of:
Gin, Sweet Vermouth,
Add a dash of orange bitters, stir with ice and enjoy!
CASINO
40ml Old Tom Gin
10ml Maraschino liqueur
10ml Lemon Juice
2 dashes orange bitters
Maraschino cherry to garnish
DAIQUIRI
60ml Rum
20ml Supasawa
20ml Simple Syrup
Lime zest
