CHRISTMAS 2020 - THE LOCKDOWN GINMAS
The Sixth Day of Christmas
Smokey White Negroni
30ml 6 O’clock Gin
30ml White Vermouth
30ml White Bitter Aperitif
A few dashes of smoky bitters
A touch of smoky tea syrup
Orange twist garnish
Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a scorched orange twist and enjoy.

On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...
Six geese a-laying... although there are no geese, no eggs and thankfully no chasing birds around the kitchen today!
Instead, I’ve gone for a Smokey White Negroni using the fantastic 6 O’clock Gin.
The link is in the number — six ingredients and a gin that fits the day perfectly! These challenges do make you think a little differently, and sometimes the simplest connections are the best ones.
I love a White Negroni, but adding a touch of smoke gives this one a lovely winter twist. The bitterness, botanicals and smoky notes work beautifully together, creating a drink that feels perfect for a chilly evening.
A little smoky, a little bitter and very fitting for the sixth day of Christmas. 🍸
