On the Ninth Day of Christmas.... 🎶

Today is all about the nine ladies dancing, so I've gone for a Pink Lady Cocktail made with Lussa Gin from the Isle of Jura — and made by, yes of course, three lovely ladies! 💃💃💃

This gin combines locally grown and foraged botanicals with the usual suspects, but also includes rose petals, adding a delicate floral note and a rather fitting touch of femininity.

I've served it with a rose ice sphere and a little fresh mint for an extra botanical flourish.

Only three more days of Christmas to go... 🎄✨ The trees and sparkly lights will be coming down on Twelfth Night. Has anyone packed away Christmas yet, or do you also keep to the tradition?

50ml Lussa Gin

25ml fresh lemon juice

15ml grenadine

1 egg white

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a rose ice sphere and fresh mint.
