CHRISTMAS 2019 - THE 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS SONG
On the Eleventh Day of Christmas.... ๐ถ
Today my true love gave to me eleven pipers piping! ๐ต๐ฅ
Now, I could have gone down the obvious Scottish route with this one, but then I remembered that Arbikie uses Maris Piper potatoes in its field-to-bottle spirits. Suddenly those pipers made a lot more sense!
I've gone for Kirsty's Gin, named after Arbikie's Master Distiller, Kirsty Black. It's made from potatoes grown on the family farm, with kelp, carline thistle and blaeberries representing the sea, rock and land around the estate.
So forget the bagpipes — today's pipers are potatoes! ๐ฅ๐
