CHRISTMAS 2021 - COUNTDOWN
The two turtle doves have flown the coop, so today I've mixed up a Negroni using OX2 from Chalgrove Artisan Distillery.
This gin combines jackfruit, fresh ginger and rhubarb, with blackberries used to give it its natural blush colour. It's probably my least favourite in their range, but, like everything they produce, it's beautifully made using natural ingredients, with no artificial flavourings or preservatives. If you're a fan of pink gin, it's definitely one worth trying.
