Here come the seven swimming swans — all seven of them!
Well, not literally, but despite having drunk my fair share of Sipsmith in pubs and restaurants, guess what... I didn't actually have a bottle in my collection. So I had to run out and grab a mini for today's cocktail!
I've kept this one simple with tonic, a few drops of Cotswolds Distillery Grapefruit Bitters, a dried grapefruit wheel and some mint. Fresh, simple and perfect for seeing in the New Year.
SEVEN SWANS A-SWIMMING 🦢
50ml Sipsmith Gin
Tonic water
A few drops of Cotswolds Grapefruit Bitters
Fill a glass with ice, add the gin and bitters, then top with tonic. Garnish with a dried grapefruit wheel and fresh mint.
