CHRISTMAS 2020 - THE LOCKDOWN GINMAS
Four Calling Birds... and today that means a little connection to friends, calls and a rather lovely gin!
After a four-way Zoom catch-up with my besties (because Christmas 2020 needed a virtual get-together!), my chosen gin was the very beautiful Little Bird Gin.
I've kept the serve really simple with one of my favourite cocktails — the Gimlet. It was also the first time I'd made one using Rose's Lime Cordial, and I have to admit... it's dangerously easy! A few simple ingredients, plenty of chill time and the perfect cocktail to easy into the Christmas spirit.
Sometimes simple really is best. 🍸
