CHRISTMAS 2019 - THE 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS SONG
On the Second Day of Christmas.... ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ
As the song goes, today is two turtle doves.... You're probably wondering what's this then, as there isn't a feather in sight?
Well, it's a Paloma! Paloma means dove in Spanish, so I've chosen the beautiful Le Tribute Gin, which is heavy on citrus botanicals, including grapefruit and lime, and added Mint Soda from No.1 Botanicals.
My recipe is therefore a twist on the original, which uses tequila, but it has turned out to be a beautiful drink — light, fresh and perfect after yesterday's festivities and glut of food!

TWO TURTLE DOVES ๐๏ธ
25ml Le Tribute Gin
Lime juice
Grapefruit juice
A little sugar syrup
Top with Mint Soda
Garnish with grapefruit peel stars
Serve over ice and enjoy!
