CHRISTMAS 2021 - COUNTDOWN
Unfortunately, the French Hens couldn't make it this year... apparently the borders are closed! So, I'm staying a little closer to home with Volume Three from Surrey Copper Distillery, paired with a Spiced Espresso Martini.
I seem to have made rather a lot of these over the festive period and one of the nicest comments I've had is that it's "incredibly smooth". I think I've finally perfected my recipe... !
A little bonus fact: the Surrey Copper Distillery sits alongside the iconic Top Gear test track. Even if there aren't cameras rolling these days, it's still a pretty cool neighbour to have!
