💙 Sapphire Blue Martini
- 40ml Gin
- 10ml Blue Curaçao
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
I've headed to the Scottish Highlands today with Seven Crofts Fisherman's Strength from The Highland Liquor Co and an absolutely stunning Sapphire Blue Martini, which is inviting the swans to come and have a swim!

If you asked me what my favourite colour is, I'm not sure I could choose. Green? Blue? Black (is black even a colour?) One thing is certain though... I do love a bit of blue glass, and these bottles are just beautiful!
The tall genever-style bottle in blue ombre was inspired by their coastal roots and designed by Glasgow-based D8 to complement their original green bottles.
Not only does Seven Crofts feature seven botanicals in its recipe, but the name also pays homage to the history of Ullapool. When the village was established in the late 1700s, it originally consisted of just seven dwellings — known as crofts — and this heritage is woven into the brand story.
I think we've squeezed enough references to seven into today's post, don't you?
