The Spirit of Christmas
When time allows, I like to set myself a Christmas challenge. Partly because I'm a sucker for research, and partly because I seem to enjoy creating extra work for myself!
The idea is simple: take the 12 Days of Christmas and give it a gin-inspired twist. From gin brands and cocktails to festive traditions and a few other seasonal curiosities, each year has its own theme. Here are some of my favourites from over the years.
