For the final day I've headed back to Cape Town, with a little Twelve Apostles wordplay. The Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa was running its Gin Lab and gin-making experiences around this time, with Cape Town Gin Company among the local gins featured.

So, twelve drummers and the Twelve Apostles may be stretching the connection slightly... but after eleven days of increasingly tenuous Christmas cocktail links, I'm going with it! 😂
